Refund Policy
At Ruach Infotech, we strive to provide quality services for your business. We want you to be happy throughout your service duration by the best service. We appreciate and thank you for giving an opportunity for us to promote your business. In this policy details, you will find what we would do at any chance if we fail to meet your expectations.
* Payment is made only through the website based on the plan of your choice. We will send you an acknowledgment on the receipt of your payment then your services will begin with our virtual assistant.
* If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, please feel free to contact us through support@ruachinfotech.com
* We will try to give best efforts to fix your issue by reworking it to meet your needs and get back to you. If you are not satisfied, we will decide on this matter whether we will provide a refund or not based on the plan (on a prorated basis) for the remaining hours.
* After making payment, if we do not get further notification from you regarding any information or data needed for the proceeding, we wait for 10 days, then no refund will be provided. However, we hold the unutilized hours for 90 days.
* Refunds will not be given for Weekly plan, under any circumstances.
* At the end of plan hours, we will send an E-Mail to notify you. Auto-renewal of any plans is not available currently. You may wish to continue or terminate our service by notifying us.
* If any billing errors occur from our side, we will rectify them.
Cancellation Policy
In case you opt to cancel our services after making payment upon receiving an e-mail stating cancellation of our services:
* Within 5 days, we give a FULL refund.
* Within 10 days, we give a half refund.
* After 10 days, NO refund will be provided.
* You will get refunded the amount after deducting any bank charges that may have been applicable.
